A Massachusetts native who was born and raised in the Berkshire Mountains in Western Massachusetts, Catherine was a natural born storyteller. She attended Emerson College in Boston, where she discovered how entertainment and the visual arts could tell stories to excite and inform the general public. After graduating, she embarked on a series of travels that ultimately landed her to Los Angeles, CA to work in the entertainment industry. Although Catherine truly enjoyed working in “the business”, she found herself constantly rushing to find a healthy snack or squeeze in a good workout. She decided to attend The Institute For Integrative Nutrition to take her love for healthy food and lifestyle to the next level. With a certification from the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, she is now able to better inform herself and the people around her to live healthier, more vibrant lifestyles. Currently one of the co-founders for The Vibrant Beet and co-owner and producer at Double Vision Projects, she continues on her quest to merge health and wellness through the visual arts. She spends her down time enjoying time with her new baby, husband, friends and family, while exploring, laughing and serving up healthy meals.
