Blackberry Mint Coconut Milkshake Bliss

"My milkshake brings all the boys to the yard"...it's true. Maybe. I'll tell ya one thing, my milkshake tastes darn good and satisfies the craving for something sweet, but without the guilt. Sometimes a girl needs a little somethin, somethin. Not all drastic times call for such drastic measures. When a sugar craving hits, whip up this easy to make treat for an afternoon snack, or dessert, or heck - even breakfast (live on the edge)...and you will be one happy camper.   • 1/2 cup fresh mint
  • 10 fresh, organic blueberries
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk (you can make your own with THIS easy recipe, or if using store bought, we like Califia Farms)
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed (we like Bob's Red Mill)
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh ground almond butter
  • 3 scoops Coconut Bliss Naked Coconut dairy-free ice cream
  • 8 ice cubes

Directions:

Wash your berries & mint and add to blender with remaining ingredients (almond butter, almond milk, flaxseed, coconut ice cream & ice). Blend on high speed. Pour into your fav glass. Become totally blissed out and cure your sweet tooth.

Repeat.
