I don’t know about you, but when I think of vegan restaurants, I immediately envision gratifying healthy lunches, minimalistic decor and an easy to navigate take-out menu...perfect for picking up on my way home from work. My favorite cocktail, the Sophia; a blend of mezcal, tequila blanco, lime, grapefruit, kalamata syrup, and candied olive.
