Papaya & Banana Green Smoothie
In need of a sweet summer treat ~ but a healthy one?! This tasty smoothie will leave you feeling satisfied, give you energy and cool you down...all without adding any unnecessary or unwanted ingredients and calories to your diet. In addition, the papaya will give your skin an extra glow, and will also help with digestion. Bonus: kids will LOVE it!
1 papaya (no skin)
1 banana (no peel)
1 extra large handful of freshly washed spinach
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon hemp protein powder (Nutiva is awesome)
2 tablespoons liquid chlorophyll (DeSouza's is a great brand because it is not minty)
1 tablespoon omega oils (Udo's is the bomb)
6 ice cubes
Blend all ingredients, pour into your favorite glass and enjoy! Bam! Quick, easy and fresh!
